What are my shipping options?
All items ordered on Quick-n-EZparts are shipped via UPS. During checkout, you are given the option to select, Next Day, Second Day, or Ground. The respective shipping costs are displayed next to each option.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders will ship complete from Hickok within 2-4 business weeks from receipt of your order. Replacement parts typically ship within 3 business days from receipt of you order. It is Hickok's goal to ship all orders complete in 2-4 weeks, but based on availability and manufacturing schedules some products may have longer ship times. Items purchased near or during a holiday may take longer.

Before you place an order: If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact our Customer Care Department to verify availability or you can check for product availability with your Local Distributor.

To calculate the delivery time for any shipment going anywhere served by UPS, go to their website at and select Calculate Time and Cost, located on the Shipping tab at the top of the page. Follow the directions, noting the required fields.
